You should already have reasonable experience with:

  • installing and configuring Linux OS (we mainly use Debian and Ubuntu)

  • networking (basic TCP/IP principles)

  • experience with Bash scripting; experience with Ansible or Git is a plus

These are the technologies you’ll encounter here:

Ansible, GitLab, Git, Proxmox, LDAP, Eduroam, Samba, Nextcloud, Postfix, Mattermost, Cisco, Juniper, Turris, and many others.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • resolving basic user issues (system won’t boot, can’t connect, can’t print, etc.)

  • maintaining the internal systems necessary for the company’s operations (upgrades, development)

  • installing servers in data centers

  • purchasing, handling returns, and maintaining hardware inventory records

  • managing employee hardware and software

This position is ideal for graduates of technical schools who already have basic experience with Linux service administration, are reliable, and want to continue learning on the job.
